Terms and conditions 

RETURNS POLICY

Should the item not meet expectations, it must be returned in it's original condition & packaging & a refund will be made, less cost of return postage.

The following points apply to items you may wish to return: -The goods must be unused. 
The goods must have all original labels attached, bags/boxes intact and be in a saleable condition.
The returned items must be received by Sally Belinda within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we unfortunately CANNOT offer returns on items listed which have 
been personalised for the customer. 

DELIVERY

Delivery Costs are closely in line with standard Royal Mail costs and our system will work out the costing dependent on the weight. 

Certain areas of Highlands & Islands & Northern Ireland an extra loading applies.

Whilst we hope all of our customers do not have the need to return or exchange any of our items, we appreciate these instances may occur, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Quality or damage issues:

If your item arrives and appears to be damaged or faulty in some way please photograph it immediately with its packaging, then send your photos along with proof of purchase, including order number and your full contact details, to salybenquiries@gmail.com  within 3 days of items arrival.

We will be in contact with you upon receipt of your email to discuss the issue with you.

Returns, exchanges and refunds:

In the first instance we ask all customers to advise us by email that you are wishing to return an item, please contact us at: sallybenquiries@gmail.com

Please include your full contact details and your original order number and state the reason you wish to return your item.

We have a 14 day return period from the date of purchase in which, if required, you are able to return or exchange your item. 

Goods must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used.

They must be accompanied by your details and order number.

The items are returned at your own cost of postage, we would strongly suggest you obtain proof of postage certificate as we cannot be held liable for goods that do not reach us.

Once the item(s) arrives back with us we will assess it and contact you to let you know if a refund or exchange has been approved or not.

If approved, we will process a refund on your original payment method. Please note all banks vary in terms of processing payment times.

If for exchanged items there is a price difference we will be able to send a link for additional payment or refund any additional balance to your original payment method. 

We will advise of our return address during our email communications.
