Late summer

I love the changing of the seasons particularly moving from summer into autumn, the hedge is full of blackberry's, the apple tree full of apples, the combines bring in the harvest and the hay bales are dotted about the fields. The ritual of picking the apples and blackberry's is a wonderfully relaxing thing to do just escaping the modern world for a while and taking time to slow down

Its the seasons ,slow living and a simple life that inspires my work, my imagination runs away with me when out in nature I imagine hedgrow animals gathering their stores .

Illustrated planner 2026

This week I have been working on a diary/ planner for 2026 which reflects these wonderful seasons through my illustrations. I've slways loved planners and organising so I'm so excited to be creating one of my own. Its my hope that the prompts in the planner nudge you to take a moment for you to notice and connect with nature to give you a moments rest in your busy days
